Cultivating Collaboration

Jim Tamm, a former judge and law professor, is an an expert in cultivating collaboration in small groups.

Please watch this 15 minute talk and type up the answers to the following questions.  Submit your completed paper via Canvas by the due date.

1.  Summarize the study about "red zone" chickens and  "green zone" chickens.  (50 to 100 words). 

2.  Mr. Tamm says, "when we get denfensive, we are not defending ourself from another person" instead we are defending what?  

​3.  What are your specific early signs of defensiveness?

4.  Create your own early warning system.  List the five steps that Mr. Tamm presents.  Be sure you provide an ACTION step specific to your early signs of defensiveness. ​
